The key to describe an item's condition are as follows:
Excellent: No marks or other imperfections
Very Good: Slight marks or imperfections that do not detract from the item's overall appearance (e.g. creases, minor staining, minor back damage)
Good: Marks or imperfections that detract slightly from the item's overall appearance.
Fair: Marks or imperfections which are quite noticeable in places (e.g. major staining, missing parts, tears, significant back surface damage)
Poor: Significant marks, imperfections and damage (e.g. large tears, badly damaged surfaces.
